I collaborated with Spectrum to transform their UX design for the enterprise email program. By implementing an email design system, we united Spectrum's internal teams, and three external agencies, as well as equipped over 50 designers and developers with a streamlined workflow.
The result? A 10% boost in production efficiency and personalized content at scale.

Collaborative focus.
Establishing clarity, keeping project unity, making the process more collaborative, and avoiding misunderstandings and repeating the work, were all goals of the redesign.
The system includes over 200 components, allowing us to hand off a working file along with documentation and a linked pattern library to designers and developers to use and understand with ease.
Finely tuned details.
Throughout the redesign, attention was given to the design and hierarchy specs to ensure every module looked and felt great in any combination.
